Universities may recognise MASSA-certified competencies—including NOSS Level 3 & 4, assessor qualifications, and RPEL/PPT outcomes—for credit transfer, advanced standing, or programme admission.

2. TVET-to-Academic Progression Pathways

MASSA establishes structured pathways enabling aviation professionals to progress into diploma, degree, postgraduate, and executive programmes through recognised prior learning and verified industry experience.

3. Co-Development of Standards & Curriculum
