Flight Crew TVET Champions (FCTC) Program



The Flight Crew TVET Champions (FCTC) Program is an official national initiative under the Department of Skills Development (JPK), designed to formally recognize the skills and experience of Malaysia’s cabin crew through structured, standards-based certification.

Through this program, eligible participants may obtain a Level 3 or Level 4 diploma under the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPEL/PPT) framework a fast-track assessment pathway that validates existing competencies acquired through professional experience in the aviation industry.

In collaboration with JPK and strategic government partners, MASSA is proud to coordinate the allocation of 500 fully sponsored slots for qualified candidates. These scholarships cover all assessment and certification costs, ensuring that experienced flight crew members can access nationally recognized qualifications without financial burden.

The program is open to both active and former cabin crew with verifiable experience, and supports career advancement across various sectors including training, assessment, education, and aviation management.

PPT / Assessor Career Pathway



As part of our commitment to elevate Malaysia’s aviation workforce, MASSA provides structured support for professionals who aspire to become certified assessors under the Department of Skills Development (JPK). This pathway enables experienced individuals to transition into high-impact roles as official evaluators of industry talent, contributing directly to national certification processes.

Through the Recognition of Prior Learning (PPT) method, candidates with extensive practical experience in aviation including flight crew, instructors, and supervisors can gain Level 4 or Level 5 certification. Once certified, these individuals become eligible to undergo further training and registration to serve as JPK-certified assessors or industry trainers.

National Flight Attendant Career Fair 2025/2026

The National Flight Attendant Career Fair 2025/2026, coordinated by MASSA in partnership with leading airlines, government agencies, and training institutions, is a flagship event designed to bridge career opportunities, industry access, and national certification for Malaysia’s current and aspiring cabin crew.

This career fair goes beyond traditional job-hunting. It is a strategic industry activation platform that aligns employment pathways with Malaysia’s TVET agenda, ensuring that aviation talent is not only hired — but also recognized, certified, and elevated.

MASSA provides structured coordination and hosting of Graduation and Recognition Ceremonies as part of its national commitment to honoring certified professionals within the aviation and hospitality sectors.

These ceremonies are designed to formally acknowledge individuals who have successfully completed certification pathways, including Recognition of Prior Learning (PPT) programs and assessor development tracks — all under the endorsement of the Department of Skills Development (JPK).
