The MASSA Assessor Guild is a national platform established to identify, develop, and recognise qualified industry professionals as certified Assessors under Malaysia’s Skills Certification System. The program supports JPK’s mandate by ensuring that assessments are conducted by individuals who meet strict competency, integrity, and experience standards.

Through this program, senior aviation and hospitality professionals are appointed, trained, and authorised to conduct assessment activities for NOSS-based certifications. The Guild upholds uniform assessment quality, strengthens national talent pipelines, and ensures industry practices remain aligned with regulatory and competency-based requirements.
