Flight Crew TVET Champion Program (FCTC)
The Flight Crew TVET Champion Program is a national initiative designed to formally certify Malaysia’s aviation workforce through the Recognition of Prior Experience (RPEL) and structured CBTA-based assessment. Led by MASSA in collaboration with JPK and supported by key industry stakeholders, the program provides an official pathway for current and former flight crew to obtain nationally recognised skills certification at Level 3 and Level 4.
- Standardising safety and service competencies across airlines
- Recognising real industry experience without requiring classroom retraining
- Enabling crew to obtain diploma-level qualifications for career mobility
- Supporting industry efforts to maintain compliance with national and ICAO-referenced standards.
